• Deliver and manage your Evolv subscription and design work;
• Process payments, invoices, and refunds;
• Communicate project updates and support requests;
• Improve our services, website, and marketing; and
• Protect our systems and investigate fraud or abuse.

3. Data Storage Retention

We store data in secure, encrypted cloud storage. Project files are retained for 12 months after project completion unless you request earlier deletion. Billing records are retained for compliance as required by law.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers who assist in providing our services, including:

• Payment processors (e.g., Stripe, or similar)
• Design & collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, ClickUp, Notion)
• Analytics & CRM providers (e.g., Google Analytics)

All third parties are required to protect your data and use it only for permitted purposes.

5. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including access controls and encryption to protect your data. While we take reasonable measures, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Request correction or deletion of inaccurate data;
• Withdraw consent for communications; and
• Request portability of data when applicable.
